For returns you must contact us by phone or email. We will take care of managing the return. A carrier will come to pick up the order at the address indicated above, if you want to change it, you can let us know and we will change it without problem. The cost of returning the product through a carrier carries a charge of €7.99 in the peninsula, €14.99 in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands and Europe will be consulted. The refund of the payment will be made once we receive the product in our warehouse and check that it is unused and in its original packaging.

You can also return the product to one of our stores, in case you have one nearby.

In the case of bicycle returns, LaBosch reserves the right to withhold an amount equivalent to 10% of the purchase for bicycle management, assembly and reservation expenses.
