Official workshop and technical service for electric bicycles

At LaBosch we also take care of your ebike and in each of our stores we have an official workshop with experts so you can take your bike to be repaired or maintained. We know how important the ebike is for you, so every time it leaves our workshop, we will try to leave it as new, so you can enjoy your outings.

In addition, at LaBosch we know how important it is to always have your ebike ready, that is why once you buy an electric bicycle with us, you have a first free inspection at 300 - 400 km. We recommend doing it, more than anything to check that everything continues as the first day. We check engine and battery, components and we check that the screws are still intact.

After this review it is recommended to do a review every 1,000 kilometers, so you will always have the ebike up to date and you will never have any scares. As much as the ebike seems to be in good condition every 1,000 km, there are a number of components that are already at the limit and that should be changed, such as brake pads, chain (to preserve the sprocket), so from LaBosch we recommend Do a review when you have traveled about 1,000 kilometers.

As we said, we have a workshop in each of our stores, so that you have the bike ready the next day and the repair or maintenance is quick and agile, it is advisable to call beforehand to check what availability they have depending on the workshop where you want to take your ebike.

Guarantee

The guarantee with all new products sold in our stores is 2 years from the moment of purchase, and in second-hand products it is 1 year. Except for electric bicycle frames, which depends on the manufacturer, it can range from 5 years to a lifetime.
To process a guarantee you have to send / bring the bicycle or product to one of our stores and we take care of the entire process, keeping you informed at all times.

COST GUARANTEES
In case you are a LaBosch customer, it is a process that does not have any cost, but if the product is not purchased in our stores, €80 will be charged for the management time of our qualified personnel to carry out said process.
